Hélène Bourbouloux was a guest on Hedwige Chevrillon and Vincent Beaufils’ show “L’Entretien HEC” on French channel BFM Business.

As a French judicial administrator (independent restructuring and insolvency practitioner appointed by the Commercial Court), Hélène is a reference in the field of company restructuring from a legal perspective. With 20 years of experience, she has overseen more than 2,000 mandates for collective procedures, amicable procedures for insolvency prevention, and more. Her references include Orpea, IKKS, La Redoute, Rallye, and Technicolor. Within the FHBX firm, she has developed areas of expertise to support social, operational, real estate, and financial restructuring. Hélène Bourbouloux is deeply involved in the business environment to influence reforms that benefit companies (SFA, Pacte, transposition of the Directive, etc.). She is also the president of the HEC Women’s Club.

HEC Stories asked her its four emblematic questions behind the scenes.

What advice would you give to HEC students?

Don’t pressure yourselves if you don’t know what you’re going to do yet. Do multiple internships and meet people because that’s how you broaden your horizons. And above all, never, ever compromise on your desires and the people you work with.

An idea to save the planet?

Love.

Success in three words?

Work, ethics, kindness.

Someone who inspires you?

Jesus.
