Estelle Brachlianoff was born in 1972 and is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. She began her career in transportation infrastructure and worked with the Prefect of the Ile-de-France Region on transportation issues.

 

She joined Veolia in 2005 and in 2007 took over the management of the Industrial Cleaning and Facilities Management activities. She later led the Waste activities in Ile-de-France in 2010 and in the United Kingdom in 2012.

 

Between 2012 and 2018, she served as Senior Executive Vice President for the United Kingdom & Ireland and was a member of Veolia’s Executive Committee. She was a member of the President’s Committee of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.

 

In September 2018, Estelle Brachlianoff was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of Operations at Veolia and became a member of the Group’s Executive Committee.

 

Since 2019, she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Hermès International and a member of its Audit and Risk Committee, as well as its Remuneration, Nominations, Governance, and CSR Committee.

 

Since July 1, 2022, Estelle Brachlianoff has been the CEO of Veolia. She is a Knight of the Legion of Honor.
