Volcano-to-table : microbes and the future of food

The HEC Alumni Midwest chapter is organizing an event around this topic on April 4, 2019 in Chicago. HEC Alumni Thomas Jonas (H.93) will be our speaker for this evening event that will include Q&A and a networking cocktail. Thomas Jonas is CEO and co-founder of Sustainable Bioproducts https://www.sustainablebioproducts.com, a biotechnology start-up backed by Danone and Bill Gates with a disruptive protein production technology derived from research for NASA on extraterrestrial life forms.
