Aude Vaya stands out as a visionary leader in the African insurance industry. As the CEO of Acor Africa Holding, he is revolutionizing medical coverage for Africans abroad with Mobility Health, an innovative solution set to launch across multiple continents in 2025.

Aude Vaya is a Congolese professional specializing in insurance and the geopolitics of emerging Africa. After earning a bachelor’s degree from CDC Congo in Pointe-Noire and a master’s from the International Insurance Institute of Cameroon, he began his career at Gras Savoye Congo, now Willis Towers Watson. In 2017, he joined the national insurance company ARC (Assurances et Réassurances du Congo), where he served as Director of Production and Development.

With 18 years of experience in the insurance sector, Aude sought to elevate his career to the next level. He enrolled in the Strategic Business Unit Management (MUST) master’s program at HEC Paris and further expanded his knowledge through a program in geopolitics and geoeconomics of emerging Africa, jointly offered by HEC Paris and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Morocco.

As Chairman and CEO of Acor Africa Holding, Aude has spearheaded efforts to enhance healthcare protection with Mobility Health, a startup created and funded by the holding company. This enterprise focuses on providing medical coverage for Africans traveling abroad. The concept is straightforward: if a resident of Brazzaville vacationing in Dakar faces a medical emergency, they can use the Mobility Health platform to geolocate themselves and activate the medical assistance protocol. An ambulance will pick them up and transport them to an accredited hospital, with all medical expenses covered by the Mobility Health card. This groundbreaking service has been available since January 2025 across all African countries, as well as in Turkey, Dubai, India, and China.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Aude Vaya is active on social media, sharing insights and reflections on platforms like Facebook and Pinterest. His career exemplifies a commitment to innovation and adaptability in meeting the evolving needs of the African market, particularly in the realms of insurance and healthcare services.
