A prestigious recognition – Neal Topf (MBA.03)
As the President and Co-Founder of Callzilla (an outsourced contact center) I am very proud to share the news that my company has earned prestigious recognition this year : the Stevie Awards for Customer Service and Sales Best Outsourcing Provider (Bronze) and Finalist as ICMI Best Outsourcing Provider, Best Contact Center Agent, and Best Contact Center Supervisor. These awards are all tributes to the hard work and execution of a strong management team and focus on execution that were learned during the HEC MBA and honed just after completion of the MBA in 2003.
